Welcome. This secure interface is provided for clients to verify entity legality data and financial information prior to issuing and signing a Certification Agreement. In accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 requirements regarding legality and administrative accuracy, please ensure the following points before submitting the form:
- Legal Entity Consistency: The name of the institution / company entered must exactly match the most recent legally binding deed of incorporation / business registration.
- Taxation: Upload an official digital copy (PDF/high-resolution image) of the valid Corporate Tax ID.
- Financial Data: The submitted data will be used as a legal and administrative reference when issuing agreements, invoices (billing address), and tax invoices (tax registered address).
Should your corporate finance or legal department require specific administrative adjustments or localized invoicing routing, please notify Client Service prior to submission.
