This section presents data regarding the corrective actions and enforcement of sanctions taken by the TNVID Certification Body in upholding institutional dignity and protecting the public interest from all forms of professional misconduct.

As concrete evidence of our commitment to the reports and oversight received through all the channels above, the TNVID Certification Body strictly publishes the enforcement status of sanctions against parties proven to have committed severe breaches, defaults, or code of ethics violations detrimental to the institution and the public. We do not tolerate any actions that undermine the trust of our stakeholders.

The registry below lists organizations and/or individuals that have been penalized due to severe breaches of the certification agreement, misuse of licenses, or non-compliance with formal obligations.

TNVID Certification Body enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any form of unauthorized transactions, conflicts of interest, or actions by personnel inducing clients/strategic partners to divert services for personal gain, unethical behavior, or criminal acts.

The individuals listed below have been DISHONORABLY DISCHARGED. All access rights, affiliations, credentials, and authorities on behalf of TNVID Certification Body have been fully revoked and declared INVALID. Any actions, commitments, or proposals made by them are unauthorized and completely outside the legal liability of TNVID Certification Body.

This publication is not intended to disparage or defame any party subjectively, but rather to serve as an objective report of formal enforcement actions.
